Privacy of the free score

Who handles your data
Citable ({{COMPANY NAME}}, {{TAX NUMBER}}, Tenerife, Spain). For anything about your data: info@citable.es.
What we collect
Your website address and brand name, which you type. Your email, only if you leave it. And a fingerprint of your IP address: we do not store the IP itself, but an irreversible code derived from it, used to count requests and stop abuse.
What we use it for
To analyse the site you point us to, show you the score on screen and, if you leave an email, send you the report. We do not add you to any list and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
On what legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service from being abused by bots. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@citable.es.
Who else sees it
Anthropic (the AI model that writes the report), Proton (the mail service we send it with), Cloudflare (the system that tells people from bots) and the provider of the server that runs the analysis. Each one handles the data only to provide us that service.
How long we keep it
Reports and the email attached to them, 90 days. The usage log with the IP fingerprint, 30 days. After that they are deleted automatically.
What you can demand from us
Access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to processing and take it with you. Write to info@citable.es and we will answer. If you think we are getting it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Scoring a site that is not yours
The analysis only reads public information from the website, the same any search engine sees. Even so, we ask that you only request scores for sites you run or have permission for.
